Your tech stack is the set of technologies you use regularly. It can include how you keep track of your accounts, manage business operations, projects, collaborative tools, comms platforms, asset management, and more.

Accounting software 


Customer relationship management (CRM)

  • Odoo* - customer relationship management, e-commerce, billing, accounting, manufacturing, warehouse, project management, and inventory management. https://www.odoo.com/ 

  • Attio - buildable CRM platform, allows you to choose the tools that you need. Has special CRM for startups. https://attio.com/


Collaborative productivity & product management

  • Trello - Centralised to-do lists for your team, made in a kanban board style. https://trello.com/

  • Notion* - productivity and note-taking web application for teams. Project management, note-taking, knowledge management, and task tracking. https://www.notion.so/ 

  • Linear - Collaborate across tools and teams - integrates with Slack, atlassian, etc. Make roadmaps, product timelines, etc. https://linear.app/ 

  • Clickup - project management software with features including tasks, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and document collaboration on a unified platform. https://clickup.com/

  • Miro* - kind of like a digital whiteboard. Great for collaborating and working on a project with a team. https://miro.com/ 


Asset Management, storage

Comms

  • Slack - a cloud-based team communication platform for teams. You can make channels, workspaces, and store documents. www.slack.com 

  • Discord - instant messaging and VoIP social platform which allows communication through voice calls, video calls, text messaging, and media. www.discord.com 


Marketing & creative tools 

  • Loops - Marketing emails specifically for SaaS platforms and startups. https://loops.so/ 

  • MailChimp - easy-to-use marketing email software, great for newsletters. Lots of options to build your own templates and track analytics. https://mailchimp.com/ 

  • Canva* - design marketing materials, create content, pretty-up documents, does lots of the things photoshop can do (but way easier) https://www.canva.com/
