What is it about?

Takeaways is a semi-regular-ish event where you bring your own takeaways and listen to founders talk about all the things they wished they had done differently. Inspired by F*ckup Nights, Takeaways gives a platform to share professional failure. The stories of the business that crashes and burns, the partnership deal that goes sour, the product that has to be recalled, we aim to tell them all.

Benjamin is an experienced innovator who follows a human-centered design philosophy to achieve outcomes that improve people's’ lives. A past Otago graduate and a regular in the Dunedin startup circuit, he has recently founded a Design and Innovation consultancy helping NZ companies achieve their innovation goals.
